Pretty standard interview. Asked the classic situational questions. Interviewer was a Branch Manager. It lasted about an hour, was pleasant, and it went smoothly. I was offered a position but they were going through a hiring freeze so it was up in the air about timing and they were very vague about it, so I declined for another job that had a much better situation.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.

a series of phone and zoom calls that are about 1-2 weeks apart. the annoying thing was when i asked about how the quotas worked (that they breifly brought up) they seemed a little annoyed with me
