It was an all day event at the HQ from 8am-1pm. They provided breakfast and lunch, I had 2 interviews each 30 minutes long. Basically behavioral type questions. They also had a panel session for 1 hour where you sat down with current employees and had the opportunity to ask questions.

I interviewed on campus the day after my University's Career Fair. The interview was a traditional behavioral interview. There were about 6-8 STAR method style questions. About 2 weeks after the first interview, I received a second interview at the Corporate Headquarter in Ohio. There were a series of panel discussions and 2 separate interviews with different leaders of the bank.
