There are 2 interviews. A phone interview and an in person interview. In my phone interview, they only let me ask 1 question when, at the end of the interview, it came time to ask, do you have any questions for us, this is a big red flag. The in person interview was over 1 hour long. In our class, several people were flat lied to about how much the bonuses are.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
