Long drawn out process. I applied 1/30/2019 and did my phone interview briefly after. Then I did my in person interview followed by a 3 hour CAD assessment. Meanwhile completed a 3 hour finishes/ furnishings assessment at home. Next, I got invited for second interview in person interview followed by a “personality exam” which is really an IQ exam which I would of prepared for knowing vocab words were not in design context. My only frustration with this company is being lead on for weeks, only to find out on social media they filled the position before letting their candidates know. I felt that was very unprofessional and for someone that invested 10 hours in the interview process.
