I contacted the HR Manager through an opening in the website. I was then approached and I conducted a first interview with her and a second interview with a senior associate.

Please describe your more recent experience and what are your expectations for the role
Recruiter screening, two rounds with different partners in the department and a written assessment. Then despite being promised an outcome and following up with the recruiter twice and even the interviewing partner, ghosted by everyone. Really left a sour note to the whole experience.

Eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Es wurden Getränke angeboten und man konnte sich direkt mit dem Partner aus der Abteilung unterhalten, mit dem man zusammenarbeiten wird. Dann kennst du dein Team und sie werden dich gerne befragen.
I had an interview with a friendly team, the atmosphere was relaxed. I was first asked to say a few things about myself, then they introduced the team and what they do and the conversation continued smoothly to how I could fit within the team. I was mainly asked to discuss my experience so far and the projects I’ve worked on.
