The interview process consisted of two separate interviews with HR and IT Director on one day, and a skills test performed on a second day with the IT Director. I would describe the first part of the interview as very thorough, probably one of the most thorough (but fair) that I encountered in my career. They were very nice to talk to and allowed me to ask questions that received what appeared to be forthright answers. The skills test consisted of a list of tasks that I was required to complete in a PC lab setting with issues being purposely introduced to determine my ability to reason through problems and solve them logically. I got the impression that the company was very concerned about employee flexibility as it pertains to availability as 'flexibility' was brought up multiple times throughout the interview. They were very keen to get details on my family situation (i.e., was I married and did I have children) and I suspect that it was for this reason. Be prepared for the possibility that you will be working more than an 8 to 5 job. I was asked multiple times (even before the first interview) what my salary requirements were, so I suspect that that cost is particularly important to them when deciding on hires. I ultimately had to withdraw from consideration in favor of another opportunity, so I listed my review as 'No Offer'.
