3 zoom interviews with various team members and colleagues over a couple of weeks. The teams were very thorough and definitely made me feel like they were being careful about who they were hiring.

They made me do 3 interviews in 3 months. The recruiter called me a day before the holiday weekend to tell me she had an update and made me wait all weekend to tell me I wasn't selected. The hiring manager was right Fidelity is full of white male and no room for anyone else. Very cruel and rude set of leadership and yet they advertise all about diversity.
