On campus interview and then superday consisting of 6 one on one interviews. The interviews were each 30-45 min in length. The first interview on the superday was with HR and largely behavioral. Then you meet with a wide variety of the team from people who are associates to directors. They want to gauge your interest in going to business school because they would prefer having you work with them over taking a break to go back to school.

Call with HR. Excel assessment followed by questioning on the assessment. Multiple “final” rounds over the course of the following month. Was left in limbo for weeks without HR responding. One of the worst interview experiences because the lack of transparent communication.

First there was the general HR recruiter conversation asking about interest at a higher level. Then there were additional interviews with the manager, sector leader, an analyst, and a sector specialist.

Telephonic, followed by Excel test, followed by two face-to-face. The Interview on phone was kinda jus to know more about you, how you communicate, soon. Excel test is challenging, brush up your concepts before you go. Face2Face was also challenging for me, but do not quite agree with them, as they ask theoretical definitions and slightly complex numerical questions in face-to-face rather than in excel test.
