They have taken 4 rounds of Video Conferencing Interviews, 45 mins to 60 mins after that they come to know candidate is not suitable with a simple saying we would not be taking your candidature forward. Totally pathetic experience. Don't waste your time, I believe they just want to be shown to the market like they also hire.

The recruiter called me up & scheduled an interview on a Saturday.
Their process is extremely slow. An online HackerRank test after that selected candidates would have to take up 2 one to one interviews.
The test was average given the duration of 1 hour. The interviewer was a jerk with no skills in Java. All he wanted was to hear lies that one knows everything which obviously he also didn't. Nothing against him as such but a UI person wouldn't be the best judge for a backend senior developer.

Entrevista
Fidelity (FMR) contacted me through a recruitment agency called Covenant (Ambattur).
Initial pre screening happened.
First round they asked me to do online coding - Cleared
Second round telephonic discussion - Cleared
Third round Face to face - Cleared
Then they asked me to prepare well for Client interview. And gave a time slot. That day morning HR called me directly and said, clients got urgent meeting so we will reschedule and let you know. When i asked when can i expect it approximately as i have to take my current office leave, she shouted at me. And said "I said i will let you know right ?????"
Thats it . Thereafter no calls or mails. When i tried contacting HR after that no response. When i contacted recruitment agency they said "It seems clients has not given go ahead for that position".
Well i can understand the reason. But there has to be some sort of ethics / Courtesy everyone should possess. Especially HR.
When you are not sure about current openings why you conduct so many rounds of interview and waste our time ?
At least after knowing the fact why cant you inform us ?
When we our self try calling you or send mails why cant you respond ?
Didn't expected such a worst behavior from a company like Fidelity Chennai (FMR, Ramanujam IT city)
