You'll have 2 different interviews after your assessment test. First will be the Panel interview where about 5 people will ask you questions. Questions like: Tell me about yourself, Why Fidelity bank or why banking, Name of CBN governor, current MD and Chairman, etc.
Once you pass this stage, you get invited to another one in one interview with an ED. If you make it here, you're 70% safe

The first interview was held online while the second interview was also held online but with a different panel. Questions were not too difficult, the questions included tell us about yourself, give us an overview of your academic background
It was quite easy and the staff were friendly although curt. There was the aptitude test taken in person at their office and interview panel over MS Teams. The next stage should be the interview with the executive director (ED).
