I applied online, was contacted the following day via email, and was brought in with the same week for an in-person interview. The four people interviewing me were from HR, Manufacturing, Business Development and the CEO. The interview lasted about an hour. The HR manager started with some standard questions, and everyone asked questions at some point, including me. The conversation was pretty natural and inquisitive on both sides, and the hour went by quickly.
