Brief phone interview of about 20 minutes, very generic and is more for informational purposes. Then about a 30 minute interview with HR in the office. The questions are more specific and ask you about past work experiences, situation style questions, and a couple business ethics questions. Third and final interview is with the VP of Sales. I did not interview with the VP of Sales though because I had already accepted a job offer with a different company.
