Entrevista
Applied online, had a call with a recruiter that went well. They brought me in for an in person interview. I interviewed with 5 people over four hours in their office. I appreciated that they consolidated the interviews into one day. Sent a thank you to the recruiter after I left. More than a month later, I haven't recieved any more communication, but did find out I had been rejected after I got a Glassdoor alert telling me to apply to the same job I interviewed for! Honestly, I knew it wasn't a great fit, but I still would have liked to receive even a form letter rejection.
I met with someone who clearly was in over their head at their position. They didn't seem super knowledgeable and they seemed offended when they'd repeat something that I said as new knowledge and I replied "Yes, as I mentioned." This company seems like it's trying to hire inexpensive, inexperienced talent.

I was asked about my relevant experience and after I suggested ideas and thoughts to their current process, they acted like this would be something that they would consider (they actually did so I guess, "you're welcome" for the free strategy).

Phone screen with HR, phone screen with direct manager, in-person with 5 people separately, final call with direct manager. They were prompt and polite throughout the process. There were a lot of 'job interview'-style questions ('tell me about a time'), which I didn't love, but are par for the course. It's clear everyone who works at Fetch is very positive towards the company, towards each other & truly enjoys working there.

Give me two reasons I should hire you and two reasons I shouldn't.
