Phone interview, then in person interview. Pretty standard process. I applied online, was called for a phone interview the next day. They were very understanding that I had a current job, so the recruiter allowed me to call her for the interview when it was more convenient for me. After the phone interview, I was invited to come in for an in-person interview a couple of days later. It went very well and I was called with an offer before I even made it home from the interview!
