I applied for the job online. It a fairly short time frame, maybe a week, I got an email from HR person and asked me to answer some questions. I answered and sent then back. He quickly responded and thanks me and told me he would be forwarding them to the hiring manager. Within a week I got a request from the hiring manager for a phone interview. I had the phone interview, he told me I was on the short list and he would follow up with an invite for an in person interview with multiple people. I got that invite and the interview was scheduled appx 4 weeks from when we had the phone interview. The week before the interview he emailed and said he hated to do this to me but he needed to reschedule because 2 people he wanted in the interview were on vacation the next week. Ironic for a "project manager type" as it shows poor planning on his part to not know this when he picked the first date but I was ok with it. He told me he would send me a new date the next day. I never heard from him again and it has been almost a month. I would just like to say to employers HONESTY is the best policy. At this point after two bad interview experiences with Ferguson Enterprises, I have no desire to work for them.

I was interviewed by a team of project managers. This team was very knowledgeable in regards to the position I applied for. They asked some very in-depth questions about the position. I was also asked to describe how my past experience could benefit the role. You should be able to articulate a response to any question regarding information on your resume.
