Thought it was rather cold for the company to not put salaries on adverts, made me think they acknowledge that they don't pay the going the rates. Applied for a position relevant to my experience, created a covering letter (as requested) and highlighted my relevance only to receive a generic rejection with no information about why my experience doesn't warrant an interview. Found it strange as my experience is 10/10 relevant, from a relevant industry and doing the same duties. Tried to follow up with them via LinkedIn but not a single person got back to me, looks like they're mostly US based employee's, found it strange as they post (content) yet just choose to ignore people who ask for feedback. They appear to be unfriendly, cold and unresponsive.
