I was really excited because I was the perfect candidate for this position I checked every box when it came to qualifications and I am also a prolific Bing/musician so figured the job was mine because there’s not very many people like me. I had two interviews and they agreed that I was perfect but the second interview I had was a video chat with the supervisor and he told me it was going to be a lengthy interview but as soon as he saw that I was Latino he cut the interview I know for a fact if I wouldn’t of had a video chat but over the phone chat he would’ve hired me because just before that video chat both interviewers said I was perfect for the job and had a great personality that would vibe very well with their team only and had every qualification they were looking for but thing was I am not the right race I didn’t get the job which is unfortunate because I could have done a lot of great things that made the company a lot of money and very profitable and it wouldn’t of been a job for me it would’ve been a love for me and would have gave everything for this position I’m not gonna give up I just hope they stop being prejudice because they are really messing up and limiting their selves
