I interviewed with the Adminstrative Director; he was very nice, and the office had a warm, collegial feel. It felt more like I was interviewing them, rather than them interviewing me. Be prepared to ask a lot of questions. The next round would have been with the named partners, but I did not get that far before they selected another candidate.
