Went through a phone interview, personality test, in person interview, home interview where they meet your significant other, 2 ride along days with reps (loved this aspect to get a first hand experience of the position), paper write ups about my ride along days, write ups on the company culture, official college transcript, another in person interview which was a lot of situational questions, interview with the regional manager and Vice President. Background check, drug test, and fingerprinting. They want a very specific person and willing to invest a lot of time and resources to find the right fit for both parties. They want you fully bought in and this is not a job where you have a separation from work and personal life.
