I was called for an interview approx one month after the closing date of the announcement. I was interviewed by the three dept heads within the compliance division-two women and one man. I was asked behavioral questions ie "What would you do if (insert situation pertaining to work)". I was also asked to explain a remark in my performance review of my pervious employer (application materials consisted of recent performance review, 4 KSA essays, college transcript, and federal govt resume. The interviewers were very kind, the experience was little to no pressure. The final thing I was asked for was to write an Advisory Opinion. This is to show my understanding of what the agency does. I was given one hour alone to read an excerpt and write a sample Advisory Opinion. I was told that I would receive a response in late May, early June (approx one month after interview) on if I was hired. I am still waiting.
