The interview process took about a month i interviewed with 3 different center managers 3 different dates. All asked the basic questions of introduction, what is your knowledge about the company, how are you with customer service. The main answer they are looking for is if you are okay with change because there are constant programs updates and new protocols introduced to the company.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
