They call you in, ask you simple questions that are based on job related scenarios and look for your best answer. They the go on with the hiring process and request your MVR from a third party to look into your driving record for the past 5 years. They are looking for anything that is a moving violation and you cannot have more than 2 in a 12 month period.

Fast and easy start working in few days. They send you to take a drug test and a dot physical. They pay for everything. Then once you start your going to be doing computer work for about a week or so.
