A recruiter approached me, then had a phone call and a screening interview, then two interviews with the hiring manager. The process was pretty smooth, and it turned out not to be a good fit at the end of the day.

Cross-functional Teams: Tell me about a time you managed a cross-functional team, perhaps including onshore/offshore components.
Conflict Resolution:
Describe a conflict between two team members and how you resolved it.
It was easy and not too bad of an interview. I was asked questions that i could easily answer and provide a straight forward response! I didn’t get to the 3rd interview due to other interviews but good experience.
