First you go to the observation which you literally say hi to a person in hr and they walk the group through security and back to where they unload the trucks so you can see exactly what you will be doing then you walk back through security and go home lol took maybe 10-15 mins total. was called maybe 2 days later and asked to come in for an interview a day or 2 later. Went in for the interview and had the 1:1. very monotone, you can definitely tell the person that did the interview just does that all day everyday and that you are just another person adding to the turnover rate lol was called like 2 days later and asked if i wanted the position and was told to report for orientation a few days later.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
