Interview was about 10 min. Asked basic questions that are easy to answer. You have to attend a sort observation before you even apply. The observations are about half an hour.

Name an instance where you had to learn something new quickly and efficiently
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
