Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Ventura, CA) en mar 2015
Entrevista
Applied online, got a call to come in for a sort observation, got a tour around the place with others, got asked what shift i could work, morning or nights, then got hired. One of the easiest job to get into. They'll seriously hire anyone, as long as you're alive and willing to work.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
