Two step process. After applying there was a phone interview with a recruiter and then a web meeting with sales manager and district manager. STAR format. The whole process took a few weeks.

Phone screening, two virtual interviews and then they ask general and average interview questions. The entire process took less than a month. You can get hired and start quickly. Whole process went smoothly.

Tell me a time that you overcame a difficult situation and how did you sell against the situation, and how did you overcome the objections?
Review star questions for interview prep. Be prepared to create a presentation onsite. Interviews where management team. Please note for job past entry level they will usually go with an internal candidate.
Phone call with recruiter , then manager , the in face with manager . The put me through the wringer and then didn’t call me back. Advised I had a great interview . Companies seem to all be doing this.
