It was amiable enough. The manager of midlands and Ireland branches was interviewing me with the manager of southern/London branches, so it should have felt daunting in principle. However, they were friendly, relaxed and engaged with what I had to say. I had to prepare a ten minute SWOT analysis for them, and unfortunately we were in a smaller room than they had anticipated, which made presenting quite difficult on a whiteboard that wasn't big enough.
The interview felt quite long, and they asked lots of questions. I wasn't fully prepared for all of them so I wasn't surprised I didn't get the offer. It didn't feel like they completely dismissed me though, and one of them saw me out of the building and had a more laidback chat with me afterwards.
