Interview was quick and easy and interviewer very polite. Asked if I could get safety shoes and work in fast-paced setting lifting packages. Had to view process at Fedex Ground before I could apply online. Then, talked on phone with local manager. Got call from Fedex headquarters to do paperwork by email and then had background check and got call to come in for face to face interview.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
