roundtable interview. Behavioral questions. Focus on STAR answers. The roundtable consists of managers from the hiring department and related departments. The first time you interview to get into the company, there is a phone interview which is a lot more informal and more about your past experiences.

Tell us about a time where you worked with a difficult individual and/or conflict existed.
2 phone interviews, a team interview, and one last phone interview. Very slow process, took about 2 months which is why I didn't end up taking the job as I had an offer somewhere else.
the interview was easy but didnt get chance to ask questions at the end, which is unusual. each interview round lasted about less than one hour. typical questions like past experience and hypothetical qns.
