Apply online to a sort observation, they give you a tour around the plant and explain what they do. They will have you right down your name so they can email you the job application. Receive a phone call within two weeks to schedule for an interview. During they interview they simply go over all the job requirements simply whether you can lift heavy package and ask if you can handle the job.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
