Sitting talking asking questions about your goals strength and faults what makes you a great fit for their company ect. They make you feel welcomed they want to find the best of best no matter what it takes the job is very easy
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
