3rd party recruitment & screening via web & emails and/or localized recruitment through current employees. Process is over the phone through series of calls & when vetted a site meeting is scheduled for a driving test.

Driving & criminal records, driving & courier experience, geographic routes needed, flat fee pay per day with no benefits or OT. Weekend work required.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The questions were not too difficult and focused on assessing my basic knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall fit for the role.
The interview was short and pretty straight forward. Most of the questions revolve around describing any past work situations where you experience a stressful moment and how you handled it.
