There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.

It isn't an interview. They hire anyone. Their turnover rate is incredibly high because they abuse workers and then dispose of them so they have to keep hiring. These workers need to unionize - the working environment is grotesque.

Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
