I was interviewed by 2 managers with a standard Q&A format provided by the HR department. In my interview, it surprising wasn't very technical. They asked some basic questions about programming, but nothing real deep. It was more focused on my analyst skills, willingness to learn, and teamwork.

Met with two people who bounced back and forth asking behavioral questions. Strangely, there were no questions that covered any of my technical skills or background. This was odd. The day after the interview, I was told by my recruiter that they never intended to hire anyone. This was extremely bizarre as it took nearly two months to set up the time for the interview.

The interview process was fairly pleasent. there were a few rounds involved to ensure there is a right fit of company and candidate. No trick questions, was interested in my previous work experience and how it relates to the role, fairly standard stuff.
