There was no official interview. All they did was ask a few yes or no questions via text and then a background check. Once that is done, they will call you in for orientation.

Basically, are you capable of performing the work?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
