FedEx Ground does the B.A.R process where they ask you to explain a time when you did something or faced some situation. The B stands for Background so you need to give a background of the situation you are in. The A stands for Action where you need to talk about the action you took and why you took it. The R stands for Results where you describe the final results of the situation.

Very thorough process, following the STAR method for many of the questions, as well as answering questions about the company and telling me about the role and what the expectations would be.

Good, had a great interview. A lot of behavioral questions and technical too. I also had 3 different people interviewing me.
The questions weee all related to my education and experience
Took too long, around 5 months, around 3 interviews via video, as well as interviews with the agency. Had to do a final presentation in fron of the whole to the team, then another round of questions, around 1 hour talking about my background
