Met with two maintenance managers. Process took about 1.5 hrs from beginning to end. It was a basic interview with no hard questions. Both guys asked questions and wanted the STAR method to be used when answering.
Easy, straightforward process. The interview only last 15 minutes but that's fine it doesn't really need to be much longer. Simple questions not difficult at all. I would say it's one of the easiest interviews I've done.
Panels of 3 persons. 2 managers and 1 HR personnel. They ask several star format questions. They will write everything you say down per protocol. They give you time to ask questions.

Was long interview but they truly looked if I was a good option for the role they asked multiple questions first question where easy but then they asked questions and I had to answer using the BAR method.
