I received this opportunity from the NSBE National Convention in Pittsburgh, PA. Very formal, behavior based questions with 2 hiring managers. Would not be surprised if a technical question was asked.

Explain a time when you were giving a project, you worked on said project, then the details/deliverables changed . How did you react?
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in a team environment?
quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there
I had a virtual screening, and then a second round interview. All over within 2-3 weeks. It wasn't difficult and questions are standard. Be sure to use STAR method in your responses.
