Entrevista
You interview as a group.
They call you in one by one, ask you a few questions, and tell you right then and there if you got the job. A few days later you get a call about orientation(which is like a two day process).
The first is someone explaining what fedex ground role is, and paperwork. The second day is watching videos on how the warehouse operates, safety, lifting, and what to do in case of emergency. During the videos you have a booklet where you answer questions pertaining to the video, once done you take pictures for badges and start the next day.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
