Your "interview" is just you going in, sitting down, HR asking if you want the job and if you can lift 40 pounds solo. If you say yes, you have the job and you come back the next day for orientation, and you have your first shift in 36 hours. NO DRUG TEST REQUIRED.

They asked me if i wanted the job, and if i could lift 40 pounds unassisted.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
