Phone interview with HR department over the phone. Process was easy, however the follow up was not professional. I followed up a week after when I didn't hear a response. Took 3 weeks after that to receive a response through an automated email with bad formatting and email was signed by 2 different people. It was clear it was not read through for errors.

Interview started with hiring manager and I’m assuming his assistant, he started very fast and only told me kind of what I would do. They use the star method for questions, tell me about a time stuff. Wasn’t really a fan of the process, doesn’t show who YOU are and WHAT you know.
