Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (San Jose, CA) en oct 2016
Entrevista
I was intimidated. It was a phone interview that lasted about 40 minutes. The manager of the warehouse and some gal from HR asked 10 questions, 9 of which are to be answered in the BAR format: Background, Action, Result. They are looking for key words, and basically just making sure you've been in different scenarios and handled them accordingly. In the end I thought I did badly, but I got the job! The one and only question you can answer however you'd like is the first one and it's why would FedEx benefit from hiring you.

Tell me about a time when you had to learn a new program. What did you do, and what was the result?
The interview was done in person in front of a panel of 3 people giving the interview. The beginning you give a little bit of background information on yourself (your motivation for applying). Then they ask you about 5 questions in which you have to answer in the BAR format (Background, Action, Results). Afterwards you give your closing remarks, which is basically your opportunity to sell yourself and highlight your achievements

Explain a time when you experienced conflict in the workplace. What actions did you take and what were the results?
Just one interview with executive. Asking about 5 to 6 behaviour questions, and then waiting for about 2 weeks. It is quite easy and interviewers are friendly. Got the offer.
They will ask you behavior questions and expect you to answer using the BAR technique (background, action, result). Most of the questions are about your past experiences. Take your time to clarify questions before answering them.
