Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Richmond, BC) en jun 2016
Entrevista
1) Register online for a sort observation.
2) Go to sort observation and they show you around the place to let you see if you are interested in working in that fast-paced warehouse environment. Takes only 15 minutes.
3) Wait for the online job application in your email. Takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
4) Wait for an email telling you when to go for your interview. (Depending on how efficient their HR is, you should get it within a couple of days. If not, then it might take a couple of weeks)
5) Go to your interview on time. After asking a couple of typical interview questions, they get you to sign a paper to do the background check.
6) Wait up to a week and if you have no criminal record, they will call you to give you the job and tell you to attend the first orientation.
Very straight forward and easy process.

Pregunta 1
1) Tell me about yourself.
2) How did you prepare for this kind of physical work?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
