The process took less than a month. I applied online. I was called back within a month to schedule a phone interview. The interview was pretty much behavioral with long situation questions. The best way is to answer in a STAR approach, it really helps to frame the answer.
The best part of the interview was - they sent an offer letter on the same day of the interview! The process is super fast once you clear the phone interview!
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in a team environment?
quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there
I had a virtual screening, and then a second round interview. All over within 2-3 weeks. It wasn't difficult and questions are standard. Be sure to use STAR method in your responses.
