Interview process is smooth especially around December when winter time is near and more workers are needed. The availability and work ethic during that time is where they see if they want to keep new hires.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
