The first step was a screening phone call which had typical introductory questions. That was followed by an interview which was with the hiring manager and a senior employee on the team. They were both very nice people. The questions were both behavioral and technical approaches to different scenarios. After my interview, they sent an email with questions for me to clear up about my resume. I answered the same day and then they never got back to me. A rejection email (even a generic one) would’ve been nice so I’m not waiting around wondering what is going on.
