The interviewer was rude. The first interview wasn’t a conversation about my background, it was a technical interview. Tuening someone down is fine but you do it in a respectful manner. I felt talked down to and disrespected, if I don’t fit what you’re looking for that’s fine , but you have my resume don’t waste my time asking me about things I don’t do then getting huffy with me for not being an expert

I had a really great experience interviewing at FeatureX. With Deep Learning, Machine Learning technologies being at an inflection point I think they are well positioned to leverage the latest advances in these areas. The leadership team is well experienced and I think they are going to make a good impact going ahead. I highly recommend applying to and working at FeatureX. They have a really good time, a useful problem they are working on and an amazing office space. In the past I have interacted and worked with people working in deep learning and I can, with a very high confidence say that FeatureX will do well going ahead. The interviews were tough and these were the best interviews I have done. You need to be good at understanding and building on top of latest research as well as the implementation, programming. After the interviews by belief in their motivation, skills and expertise was strengthened. The process consists of initial call with Gil (founder) followed by a programming test, technical screening and onsite interviews. The process is smooth and the turnaround time is fast. Unfortunately I couldn't work at FeatureX. Another really good opportunity opened up for me, I had a really tough time deciding between the two opportunities and at this moment in my life the other opportunity seems better. That day I hoped real life had multi-threading.
