A recruiter reached out as soon as I passed my RE test. The call was short and she told me how the brokerage works. She set up a call with the are director. She was very nice and made the company sound like a family. Explained abt the mentorship and training program

Easy, if you have a license you have a job. Like most companies they hire as many agents as possible. However everyone was nice and the have a good system.
