The HR reps as well as the current employee I talked with were all very kind and patient. There were two interviews. Interview 1: 30 minutes where they asked behavioral questions and technical questions. The technical questions were fairly simple: asking about inheritance, a SQL query, loops,... Interview 2: Started with a brief chat with an HR rep who talked about FAST and asked if I had any questions. Then, I was asked to take a 30 minute "IQ" type quiz. This followed with a 1.5-2hr interview with a current employee where they talked a lot about what they do, and asked many behavioral questions as well as 3 "riddle" style questions and one pseudo-code question. While there are a lot of resources on Glassdoor for the questions they will ask, it seems very important to know the though process behind the riddles/pseudo-code question.
